How to Request a Refund
Send an email to support@printreadyforms.com from the address you used to purchase, within 30 days of your purchase date. Include your order number if you have it. That is all that is required. You do not need to explain your reason, return any files, or fill out any form.
Refunds are processed back to your original payment method. Processing typically takes 3–5 business days, with an additional 1–3 business days depending on your bank or card issuer.
Eligibility
The 30-day guarantee applies to all templates purchased directly from PrintReadyForms at the full listed price. To be eligible:
- Your refund request must be submitted within 30 days of the original purchase date
- The request must come from the purchaser (the email address used at checkout)
The following are not eligible for refunds:
- Requests submitted more than 30 days after purchase
- Purchases made through third-party resellers or marketplaces
- Purchases explicitly marked as non-refundable at the time of purchase (e.g. promotional offers with stated conditions)
How Downloads Work
After payment is confirmed, you will receive an email with a time-limited download link for your purchased files. Files are available for download immediately — there is no waiting period and no account required. The download link is valid for 48 hours from the time of issue.
If your download link expires before you complete the download, contact support@printreadyforms.com and we will issue a new one. We do not limit the number of times you can re-download your files while the link is active.
File Formats and Compatibility
File formats vary by product and are listed on each product page before purchase. Common formats include fillable PDF, Word (.docx), and Excel (.xlsx). These formats are compatible with widely available software — including free tools such as Adobe Acrobat Reader (PDF), LibreOffice (Word/Excel), and Google Docs/Sheets (via import).
If you experience a technical issue downloading or opening a file, contact us before requesting a refund. In many cases, we can resolve the issue quickly.
