1. What You Are Purchasing

PrintReadyForms sells digital business document templates — editable files in standard formats such as PDF, Word (.docx), and Excel (.xlsx), depending on the product. You are purchasing a licence to use the template files, not ownership of the underlying intellectual property. All files are delivered digitally by download after payment is confirmed.

2. Licence Grant

When you purchase a template, PrintReadyForms grants you a perpetual, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to:

• Use the template for your own business or personal purposes
• Customise the template to fit your specific requirements
• Fill in, print, and distribute completed documents (e.g. sending an invoice to a client)
• Share the template files internally within your organisation

This licence does not expire and does not require any ongoing subscription or renewal fee.

3. Prohibited Uses

The licence granted above does not permit you to:

• Resell, sublicense, or redistribute the template files — individually or as part of a collection
• Claim authorship or ownership of the template design
• Upload or offer the template files on any marketplace, file-sharing platform, or website for others to download
• Use the templates to create competing template products
• Remove or alter any copyright notices embedded in the files
• Use the templates for any unlawful purpose

4. Intellectual Property

All templates and site content are the property of PrintReadyForms and are protected by copyright law. Purchasing a template transfers a licence to use it — not any ownership rights in the design, layout, or intellectual property of the template itself.

5. Payment

All prices are listed in US dollars. Payments are processed securely through Stripe. By completing a purchase, you authorise the charge to your selected payment method. Prices are subject to change; the price displayed at checkout is the price you pay.

6. Refunds

PrintReadyForms offers a 30-day money-back guarantee on all template purchases. If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, email support@printreadyforms.com within 30 days of purchase and we will issue a full refund. See our Refund Policy for full details.

7. Download Access

Download links are provided after payment confirmation. Links are time-limited for security purposes. If your link expires before you complete your download, contact support and we will issue a new one. You are responsible for saving and backing up your purchased files once downloaded.

8. No Professional Advice

The templates provided by PrintReadyForms are general-purpose business documents and do not constitute legal, financial, accounting, or professional advice. You are responsible for reviewing any template before use and ensuring it meets the requirements of your specific situation and jurisdiction. We recommend consulting a qualified professional for any matter with significant legal or financial implications.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

Templates are provided "as is." PrintReadyForms makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, or suitability for any specific legal or business requirement. We do not guarantee that templates are legally sufficient in all jurisdictions.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, PrintReadyForms shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from the use or inability to use any template or the site, even if advised of the possibility of such damages. Our maximum liability to you for any claim related to a purchase shall not exceed the amount you paid for that purchase.

11. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United States. Any disputes shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation in the first instance. If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, it shall be submitted to binding arbitration in accordance with applicable US law.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of PrintReadyForms after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. For significant changes, we will provide reasonable notice.
